Another successful meet
Mike, I think ur caravelle looks a cracker an Alban keep a watchful eye on those lights
but seriously the whole thing behind the meets is to pass on a bit of knowledge how ever minor at the time spares somewhere, how this or that fits, etc. and who's good for doing what.
Next time someone remind me to take the camera out!!
That was a good wee meet, and good to have a face to put to the name now.
Hopefully we'll get a few more next time.
Like you say Ewan it's good to see what other people have done with their vans and share a bit of knowledge.

How'z about Alford?
Kinda equi-distant for the folk we know of, and theres the transport museum http://www.gtm.org.uk/ to keep the rest of the family amused and us petrol/diesel heads happy.
Alford would be good for meT: depending on when though?

Was speaking with our friends who live in Forres again this evening (I am fluent in Scottish now by the way T:) Will be bringing the Van up again later this year, so will try and tie this in with a meet, be good to meet these guys again too

my parents live outside turiff and i may be popping up for a few days next week,maybe going across to applecross aswell,maybe bump in to someone,was in inverness a week past sunday but unfortunately we were on a coach as the kids were playing a rugby cup tie,it was the same day as the 10k races-was a busy place that day :eek:
seen a red 03/53 plate t4 parked along from the leisure centre with twin exhaust pipes etc
Gentlemen - make it happen, we will be up visiting our friends in Forres in the Sumer, be nice to meet some more of your guys T:
We should try and organise a meet at the sme time as vansnow is happening as there will be about 10 vans up for that.:ILU:
Any meets planned coming up, we will be up Elgin in a couple of weeks ... but sadly not in the Van this time I:

Its open to all vans...from a shed to a custom..members dont kare watt the van looks like...we are all friendly....and help each other out...and have great weekends camping......T:T:T:.....go on have a look....you know you really want to...
And its FREE...no need to pay a tenner...:eek::eek::eek:
