Evening all... Member of the family has got the above and I've noticed its started to get a little thirsty on the old oil... Its just been in for a service (2 weeks ago) and already its at half level on the dipstick...
Belts have been done recently, now the question, are the 1.9tdi's the same as the 2.5tdi T4's in terms of when the belts are done the waterpump and pump timing needs to be done aswell? This thing does smoke slightly when cold and under load...
Anyone know anything about this? Surely there's gotta be some Audi lovers out there who've had an A3 in the past?!

oh, mileage is just over 100k and this is the second time the belts have been done.. Purely for peace of mind when the car was bought...
