Lots more to do, interior panelled and carpeted
Rear seats, side windows roof spoiler, up style d/side wing mirror...
...carbon fibre front badgeless grille.....
can't stop the voices in my head........getting louderLOL:LOL:
WOW big difference with the before and after pic'sA:
Did you get a respray?
No just had to de-tar, cut and polish paint.
Previous owner never polished it and never even ply lined it, luckily it had very few dents.
Just painted bumpers.
I have fitted T4sRUS 60mm lowering springs and wound down the front ....
think it needs another slap with the lowering stick.
Have loads to do to it yet.
looking good thereT:
Red vans are my favorite colour at the moment,Are you coding the mirrors(not the glass bit obviously)
needs a tad of lowering tooT:
Cheers aggiet4s,
I'm going to get an upright style d/side mirror ..think I will paint them too with roof spoiler.
I lowered my last van with weitec 40mm springs and the result was class.
The 60mm springs that I have in at the moment do not give the desired effect I:

Thanks flockofseagulls,
Alloys are used Audi sport 16". I have two side windows ready to go in, just have to put on my bravery costume and cut the side panels. Hopefully put in one double seat with integrated belts.
You're going to PVS? Great seats and can do removable too....but expensive. Wish I could afford to go to Dungannon:)
post up some pics and let us know how you get on:ILU:

looks wicked, amazing what a good old spit and polish can do, and a few simple mods T: we like simple mods on here ;)
Thanks guys,
The simple mods are the best alright.....simply empty your wallet too LOL:LOL:
I think I might paint the sliding door rail satin black......not sure yet:confused:
Hi 8-Ball, van look super tidy. Nice one. Where did you get your bumpers colour coded? Did you DIY it? Could someone, like me, with no experience manage it ? :)
I have a mate who owns a bodyshop.....still had to pay him LOL:
Anything's possible. To do the bumpers I'd say yes provided you have the right set up.
Good working space, compressor and spray gun. You would have to use the correct plastic preps and undercoating to end up with a smooth finish.
probably 80% prep 20% finish
It cost me 200 euros to get em done...... if you add up your hassel and buying spray guns etc....it's cheaper to get someone to do them for you.
I know some guys with top of the line body shops who are struggling to keep them open,
so you should have no problems getting a good quote. Plenty of great spray painters achieving top quality work for little money in small garagesT:
@dsw
If you don't have the skills, I know a bodyshop in Mountbellew. The guy fixed the paintjob on my van and on the BMW and you can't see, where he's painted and where he hasn't. Seriously good job.
Also, not too pricy, still will cost you a few bob.
/M
Sweet, can you guys pm me some details of the people you have used please?

i am looking to get my t5 colour code but have received some outrageous quotes. anyone know of a good spray shop but reasonable either around bray area or limerick area. don't mind driving a bit if work is good and price is reasonable.
Try Autobody in Churchtown, Co. Dublin. ph: 01 2966894 ask for Fred. Tell him John from Donegal sent you T:
Wish I had a red van ! Where did you get your clear indicators from ? And also your mud flaps ?
Thanks
I got my indicators, tail lamps and other goodies from t4srus.
