sliding Door card removal..

Am I missing something or do I actually need to remove the sliding door to trim the door card and refit? Its the screws down low that are proving difficult..
Any of you more experienced guys and girls got any suggestions?

door card should come off with door closed mate, its just poppers along the bottom unless anyone as been bodging before you:(

my devon coversion is the same dude and my mates was (with screws) i had to remove the door to get them out!!
