Manchester/Merseyside/Lancashire Regional Meet

The next regional meet will be at:

Following on from our trip to Jodrel Bank in 2010, I thought I would try another educational (sort of) trip. Something a bit more out of the ordinary for our meets, suitable for both old and young kids.

Plan is to meet up at the attraction or if people want to, we could arrange a different meeting point and cruise there as a group. I have been onto the organisers and they say they have a car park which should be able to accomodate us. Parking is either £2 or £3 depending on how long we stay there.

You have the option of walking around the visitors centre/cafe/attraction for nothing, staying in car park talking usual nonsense or taking a boat ride or ride on the boat lift (both at extra cost)

Never been ther myself, but looks like a good day out.
