Hello Mate,

Currently overseas but heading home August time. I have a 2000, 2.5tdi, 102 Velle auto.

Need to get the belts & water pump changed and anything else that needs doing.

I also want Rake's injectors fitted and remap to see if the magic 150bhp is possible. Not worried about MPG ( wouldn't have bought an auto if concerned ), but very interested in the 150 side of things. Guess things would need to be different because of the auto. What d'ya reckon, is 150 possible and what sort of money am I looking at?

Dave.

Just to let you all know I had a service, front brakes and cruise control fitted by Nathan at Wagenworx. I was very impressed with his keen prices and workmanship. If you live in the southwest and run a T4 or T5 go and pay him a visit, you will not be disappointed. Top job!

Afternoon All,

Thought I’d give another thumbs up for Nathan at Wagonworx.T:

Just drove down to Portsmouth last night after having a DMF, clutch and off-side drive shaft fitted, to say the van feels completely different and so smooth is an understatement.

A bit of saving to do now before a re-map and paint touch-up, the list just goes on and on.

Many thanks Nath for fitting me in on a Saturday too.A:

Hi Nathan

You seem to have built a good reputation so was hoping you might point me in the right direction!

I have a 2013 T5.1 2.0bitdi 180 lwb with 26k on the clock. In 2014 the EGR valve was supposedly replaced by VW under warranty with part 03l 115 512a after 2k miles
Yesterday, the engine management light started to come on and the local garage diagnosed the problem as the EGR valve. I have read on the forum that lots of vans have had issues with this egr. I also found out today that there is a tpi2039830/11 relating to all cfca engines including mine. I haven’t noticed any excess oil usage, but now concerned that the egr issue may be the signal that there is a more serious problem that could result in engine failure and van is now out of warranty.:(
I would welcome your view on what I should do as a next step? It is booked in to my local garage in Bedfordshire for next Thursday but they are not a VW specialist!!
Thanks
