Help Needed.....This may be a little long winded but i'm having real issues with the front end on my T5. She's a 04 plate and has been lowered onto H&R springs, at 40mm. Suspension has been checked and does feel fine. I've had new front wheel bearings, new track rod ends, new strut mount bearings and a four wheel geometry done and everything is straight.
Basically, the feed back i get through the front end when driving is horrible and i daren't go over 70mph but even at low speed it's still not good and constantly shuddering and slightly wondering. I have found that when stationary if i turn the wheels to the left there is a shudder from the wheels and was told that this could be the alternator clutch, but it seemed fine on the last check. Also been told it could be the power steering pump but the Mechanic wasn't sure and the pump has recently had new seals and fluid. Its also been suggested that the steering rack might be the fault but again they weren't sure. Is there anyone out there that might have an idea and advise or at least be able to send me to someone who they know to be good with T5's as i love my van and just want to enjoy driving it. Any help would be |

Have you changed your tyres around recently as this could give the front end wander and shudder if the new fronts have the "wrong wear"
Nad this on a merc van it was scary. |
