hi all I'm new to the site and new to t4's so please forgive me if this questions been answered a thousand times.... im wanting to put some alloys on my camper i know the stud pattern and off set i know the tyres need to be rated for the weight but what about the wheels?? do these need to be weight rated?? for instance will car wheels be ok im guessing they'll be a fair difference in weight any help appreciated..

thanks for that that shed some light the problem is now people selling second hand alloys not knowing much about them i think brand new is the way to go thanks again

NO CHOPPER, they are in general not load rated for a Van
As I wrote on another thread, throw at us your specific max axle load as stated on the van & I recon we could source a few !! options for U ![]() That are legal btw |

& U could also pull the COC as it should contain the vehicles required LI
I just had that issue with a trailer so there is one way of doing it

cheers everyone the heaviest axle is 1380 and total is 2590 thanks

1380kg equals to LI 95.
However VW seem to fit 98 through 102. What rim size are U looking for? From an Audi U will be looking at 17" through 19" from a A8 or Q5. Possibly a Pheaton could also suit as a donor |
