Default Shocking service from VW van dealer

I've registered on here to share the shocking customer service by a VW van dealer that has left my son high and dry with a real messed up caddy.
I've given the dealer till Monday to respond then they'll be number one in Google searches for bad dealerships.
I'll keep you all posted

The dealer may well have their own keyboard ninja to deal with situations like these 🗡

I've got 99 problems, but a T5 ain't one

Maybe it is a mistake to join a forum "in the heat of the moment" and then not to carry through with what it was all about?
