Yeah it includes, the two vertical support rails, all the brackets, bolts and the two oval kayak arms.
The arms are rubber coated and can just slide out when not in use.

I finally got a response after emailing them again. I've ordered the following:

02122 California (roof)
02121-L California (left side)
02205 kayak hooks

I'm just waiting for the big bill when Norwegian Toll get their hands on it.

greetings!
Change of subject.... running german Goldschmitt air suspension on mine ... have a leaky air bellow and find the system is obsolete ( I'm looking for some place that will do replacement bellows compatible with the current self regulating system... but losing hope). Any ideas if I were to junk it what a good suspension set up would be that copes with rural lanes/tracks on our beast.
I have no interest in lowering.
Neither am I so well off to afford 3/4 k on a top of the range air suspension... don't know if I want the fiddle faddle of shraeder valve system.
Any recommendations or advice or knowledgeable contacts on such matters welcomed.

Good news Goldschmitt in Germany have suddenly decided now after my last plea about heir obsolete air suspension for the Exclusive that they can source a replacement air bag!!
I did wonder whether this was sour grapes after our Brexit decision!
Joy and jubilation now at this end as we hope for a soft ride here onwards and no wallowing!!... we wait with baited breath on delivery.
Mind you I now know a little bit more about different air suspensions and kits... maybe not "know" but a bit more aware then!!

Well the roof rack arrived and it's now fitted with the help of my able assistant. The two rear roof brackets needed a little alteration. Looks like they were bent too far the wrong way. Take a look and see what you think

Insurance is with Adrian Flux, but I later found their breakdown cover has to be bought with the policy. At the time I was prepared to take the risk of a UK breakdown, but with a French trip planned later I took the FJ cover with Europe cover.

Can't recommend as - so far - nothing has gone wrong.
I am also with Adrian Flux and my breakdown cover was used in Spain last year (2016)with my 1996 T4 Westfalia California Exclusive as I had a flat tyre and could not remove the spare wheel as the last garage to replace the spare tyre bent the holding bolt which had to be cut through to get the spare tyre off by the breakdown service/garage. I got a new holding bolt from the VW dealers in San Sebastian and a new tyre.
