T4 Post Icon Cold innit?

Quite a frost this morning and more forecast, thought I better empty my water containers.. Luckily, mine are in the cupboard below the sink. How do you guys with under slung tanks manage in winter??

Just this morning for you? Had ice 2" thick in a bucket of water for last couple of weeks (actually looks ok today mind)

But this reminds me to empty my container and run the tap to empty the pipe as goes below zero in the van now

Its the first frost I have noticed this winter here.. About minus 4 Centigrade

Roads were a bit slippy at 7am this morning.. Braking and steering was fine but got a bit of front wheel spin trying to pull fast out of a junction..

I left the house at 6:45am and cycled 7 miles into work. It was a bit fresh to say the least.

we've had it last couple of weeks, down to -5, containers etc emptied, winter tyres on, shovel & grit in the boot & heated seat pad fitted.
been lovely, but van skidded on shaded frosty back lanes in the Lakes, our lochan frozen solid & ice crystals formed on the snow up there

You've certainly had a good few clear days in lakes. I'm up in Jan and then March...it will rain.
