Alpine INE S900R

I was having problems with the amp turning off after 15 or seconds of the S900R being on. It was driving me crazy.

I found out last night that this was because of the aerial adapter.

It was red hot. I had the blue wire connected to the blue power aerial lead of the iso block coming from the Alpine.

When I removed the wire from the iso block the amp was fine.

Anybody know why and where should i have got power from.
