Can they not just be taken out? You can lock the doors from inside with the remote

I did think about removing them, but am sure when i tried to open the drivers door from inside when it was locked the handle would not open the door. You have to pull the pin up. Not good in a emergency if you dont have a pin.

i guess u could simply cut the plastic pins down but as has been said if they wanna get in they will anyway

I removed mine replaced with some nice little rubber blanking grommet from my local car shop.But then i do have central locking
