Default Re: Dover - France Ferry Pricing - Is this accurate?

I always book on as a large car and never had any problems, Dover to Dunkirk 4-5 times and Harwich to Hook of Holland always as a large car. I think as long as the measurements are correct you should be fine.

Hi,

been across several times, over the years, in our T5 - Dover / Calais - Dover / Dunkirk - Euro Tunnel - Portsmouth / Le Havre. We have only ever booked as a 'large car' and we have never been stopped.

cheers

Excellent, thanks very much everyone!

I've forgotten about this, and we ended up taking our second car for that particular trip. But we have another trip planned soon so hopefully we can go with our T4 next time.

On another note, I noticed that Low Emission Zone is considered in many European capitals / big cities which our T4 might not be welcomed soon...! Hopefully -reregistering out van as a camper will be tolerated once we finish our conversion.

Happy motoring!
