Well I aint done much for a while as I kinda gave up a little with all the problems I have had, but I have had my Diesel pump refurbed and will hopefully have fitted in the next week or so, but I have made a little effort...
Boarded out both sides now and welded all the holes in floor and replaced the scabby ply with a nice fresh peice...and cut and shaped the rear panels for the door...

Starting to look a bit prittier in there now tonight hopefully will start carpeting the sides...

I have also rebuilt the heater dials so I have fan fully working and dials moving and working too, had a good clean up and fitted new roof lining...

Unhappy Re: Our T4..work in progress...

Well finally last night I picked my van up after having its new pump fitted, £451. lighter it drove home like a dream....

Half way home I starting hearing a ticking noise from the front wheel!..heard before but after changing wheel bearing went away..as I got closer too home it got louder...
Really fooked off now another problem and more cash I need to find, this like the last one I had, has turned out to be a right lemon!

Checked some of the bills last night to work out how much I had spent on this heap and worked out its nearly twice what I paid for it! Gutted..

really fed up with it now!

party Re: Our T4..work in progress...

A little update...Finally after 3 months of ownership i finally got some miles on my van over the weekend!
After changing everything underneath at the front it turns out the noise i was getting was a mixture of drivers side wheel egg shaped and roof bars reverberating through the cab, so bars off wheels changed! yeah i have a useable van!!!

Pics from today:

New bargain wheels, (thanks Dean)

Second seat fitted up front,

Both sets of T5 seats fitted in rear,

Later wheel fitted,

My bargain pouch..

Rear!

My bargain £60. Alloys,

That all for now as funds gone! hopefully finish off carpeting and vinyl flooring down for now...watch this space...
Just glad to have on the road and have it usable..
