Turn left or right as you said, but you have to hold it for at least a second or 2

Plays hell with the re-set on the alarm,
And I'm scared of the dark, and if I was attacked when I disconnected it....nobody would know what time I died !!!!!!!

I had the same problem.there was no sticky out bit even after trawling the Forum,as last resort I shone a strong torch at the dial and guess what there was the clock adjuster without a sticky out bit (it had been broken off by a previous owner,)the adjuster is in the very bottom right hand corner. The next problem was how to correct the time without a sticky out bit .I found quite by accident that if you pushed the adjuster the clock would go forwards by a few minutes at a time.Beware if you keep pressure on the non sticky out bit the hands will go round like the clappers although this comes in handy when the clocks go back because I can only advance the time.

that is not a broken adjuster that is normal for the analogue clock adjuster.

Very helpful thread this. Just use a pen tip to hold the button in and the hands whizz around to get the time you need.
