You can change the bushes available from vw.You will need to remove the wishbone and press out the bushes and coller.

Have searched forum and found 4 threads with regards poly bushes, all with no answers. Has there been any progress, anyone make polyurethane bushes yet. Looks like I might need to replace anti roll bar bushes.

Powerflex now do full sets for T5, just bought 4 to do both wishbones (the rear bush on wishbone is a real weak spot on these vans as far as I am concerned) and front roll bar. 156 all in. Happy with that. Larkspeed is who I got them from and they gave great service!!

Replaced all of mine on rear and front. The poly bushes are overrated in my eyes and the cost is ridiculous. OEM bush kits are available on ebay with a metal outer for extra support. A hydraulic press will be required as the force is somewhere in the region of 7 tons of pressure to install but worth the hassle as mine are holding up very well.

Definitely firmed up the ride and gives more steady cornering. Really happy with the result.

Jon, I think they are over priced but are a good improvement and so easy to fit. however, as this is the second T30 I have had and both of them had failed rear bush failure on wishbone I think it's worth the money for a long term fix.
