Default T5 front bumper removal

Hi shure it's been asked before but i can't find it. Can any one tell me how to remove the front bumper for painting please. Jon

Worst fitting is a 10mm nut behind the wheel arch liner that fixes the bumper to the wing.

Plastic bumper shell comes of without removing the steel behind it. Start with undoing the front part of the inner arch liners so you can pop the ends of the bumper insert out then pull them off towards the front.remove reg plate and centre section insert.now back to the inner arches reach up behind the headlamps and find two 10mm nuts and remove them.Back to the front find and remove all the T30 screws you can find,remove the grill and any othe rscrews beneath it them pull the shell free.
To be honest i find it easier to bag/mask the whole van except the front bumper and paint it on the van
