I've seen pictures of the chap who had half a T4 as a trailer, but not a caddy, looks superb fella.

Can you get a bit of that chequered stuff thats on the bottom of your van to go on the caddy, would match it up a right treat.

Got anything inside the trailer? Did you do it all yourself? Got any pics of the build?

Can't fault it mate, top notch.

One thing, does the rear wiper still work on the caddyRasp:Rasp:H:H:

yeah i thought of half a t4 but someone beat me too it .also its a bit heavy the caddy rear only weighs 215kg so not too heavy .
plan to get some checked strip for the bottom .
inside is pannelled and covered with cloth havent carpeted the floor yet but its on the cards then inflatable mattress inside as its my bed for shows ,and doubles up as camping trailer for holidays .

cant find a lowering kit but plan to turn the axle .aparently if you turn it upside down and fit on top of the leaf springs instead of below it lowers it approx 60mm

Cool trailer. Here's mine. Not sure it would look right behind my T4 though. Probably give it a once over and sell it now I have the van.

Well I need to do a weekend's work on it. Needs the front doors replacing and respraying.

Won't be cheap as this has had a lot of blood, sweat and tears put into it as I'm sure you'll appreciate having built two of your own. Seen unfinished trailers going for 600 (needing finishing and painting), so I'll be wanting no less than a 1k. Had some interest on Volkszone at this price.

(Graphic in the rear window says 'just half the car I used to be') :D

Your Type 3 idea might be a cheaper option.

The main duty of a caddy is to carry the player's bag and find the player's ball
