Pictures as promised.

First pic makes the drivers seat look way grubbier than it looks in the van .. but I guess they need a clean!!! (it really isn't that dirty)

Only reason for sale is I just fitted some leather Saab seats (when I say I fitted, I mean the rest of the forum fitted for me at the Scrumpy weekend lol)

I do wonder if leather was a good idea as it was mighty hot and sticky today!

75 / offers

my mum doesn't like the idea of them coming into the house (too many other parts already) and I can't drive around with them in my van for weeks!

Few bits I would like as swap, or swap with cash either way.

Styleline pillars/threshold/ cover (you know the ones that cover the step from cab to rear and also the pillars and seatbelts)

Rock and Roll bed (it's gonna have to be a certain size)

10m approx. of black or charcoal automotive carpet

Electric window kit

A new clutch fitted lol LOL:

someone please buy these I can't stand the agro I'm getting from my mum when I keep them in the house and can't stand them scratching my laminate wood floor rattling around the back of my van.

I can deliver these anywhere between Barnstaple & Bristol on Monday afternoon / eve.

I was one of the unfortunate ones to assist Tom with the removal of these seats.
The photo's do not really do them justice. They look better in the flesh.

Cheers
Steve

Lol, cheers Steve, the fourth bolt will be going in tomorrow now I found the missing bit of my dads drill (that I lost)

As T4 STE says, these seats are really nice sporty looking seats.

To confirm, just the drivers has lumber.

Open to offers - would like to sell before I go to France. :)

hi do these need a lot of fiddling to get them on the bases?

Hello :)

Well the runner widths ain't too bad (not excessively wide)

As I said the way they were fitted was, the original VW bases cut down slightly (although this may not be necessary) then a steel sheet bolted to the bases using a bit of angle iron and then you can choose where to drill holes in the steel sheet so could fit pretty much any seat you liked.

I'd say at a guess ( I didn't fit them you see) 2hrs work, 3hrs max and that's based on my speed of working (pretty slow)

I don't know if this is the best way to do it though.

Another option would be to simply weld these runners to the VW bases, again prob only a couple of hours work :)

I hope that is of some help
