anyone use any good products to revive their old bumpers ?
mine are a nice faded black greyish colour and would like to treat them with something to make them black again.
back to black any good ?

tried using an armour all product looks good when you put it on but soon fades back to grey:(
any suggestions ?

Apparently using a heat gun to bring them back up works a treat! Got to get round to doing mine at some point.

there is something somewhere on here about using a hairdryer or heat gun to bring the black back.

dont wast your money on the polishes etc, just get a cheap hot air gun, they are still black and woundnt be if id used the usual products, just take it easy near the paintT:

Try good old black boot polish.

No silicones in to worry about.

from what i understand the pastic goes grey from the ageing and uv rays its exposed to, with a heat gun ur basicaly melting the suface of the plastic to rejeuvanate the pigments in the plastic, should last a good few years im geussing. doesnt work on all types of plastic tho.

Id rather use back to black once a month than have to melt the bumper ;)

Bar keepers friend!! Works a treat, looks a bit like old fashioned vim, mix it to a paste, scrub bumpers with it, rinse it off, stand back and admire!!
