soo soo glad I had an axle stand under it, when the torsion bar went..... Fu*k me was it a bang :* and it dropped about 2 inches to the axle stand, the breaker bar and deep socket I used flew out from under it and smacked my wrist and the bar went into my ribs :( ouch they hurt :*

Looking good mate, kieran has just had the same problem with the 'T' bar popping out luckily it went streight back in again, happened again today on the ramp at the garage and fell out completely................ Nightmare!

I was lucky and mine was a doddle to do!

Was easy mate. Trolley jacked the arm back up then literally pushed bolt back up and twisted the T back in. Unfortunaly i still havent got the front down as the nut is still too tight. Just been outside greaseing the :* out of it. went and got an impact socket so gonna try again after my dinner T: Bloomin nightmare!
