T4 Etiquette

Having sold our T25 and bought our first T4 a few weeks ago, I'm wondering what the etiquette is when seeing a 'brother' (or 'sister')?? In the T25 I had to spend as much time watching the oncoming traffic to get ready to wave/flash/thumbs-up/salute another van as I did watching where I was going! In the few weeks we've had the new van I've passed dozens of others, only 1 wave. What's the story?

yes it is good practice to wave

needs to be a like minded driver though

problem is alot of t4 drivers are work vans.

My system is -

Clear indicators = wave
orange indicators = don't wave

Builders and coffin dodgers all seem to have the standard indicators

I was in Ireland last week, Dublin for a conference and County Carlow for hols, I've never waved so much even living here in Cornwall.

Couple of people stopped me and asked me about the different front (long nose) :)

Seems reasonable, I might try it.
