T4 Post Icon Yet another will they fit question...yawn!

hey, Sorry all, iv Had a long look around here before i posted as i know there are a million 'will these fit' posts but Iam still not 100% certain

I have been offered a set of

Stilauto's (look a little like pentas with your beer goggles on)
16 x 8j
5 x 112
ET 15

215/40/16 Tyres

my T4s lowered (apparently by 65mm) but I dont think it looks as much as that

Does anyone have similar size with that low profile have any advice on if/how these fit?

Too low offset....but people who have a fondness Ford Anglias and cigars do run them with no issues....apparently?

40 series tyres...too low profile and nowhere near load rated high enough for a T4.

Like I said many people have fitted that size but it also means using stretched,low load rated tyres which on a van that can weigh 2.5 ton just cries out.....form over function.

Its a great look, I mean they look awesome in that pic, but its just not practical...especially with the potholes round here!
