There are several cars that have a higher front wheel arch in relation to the rear. My old BMW e30 is a good example, that was lowered about 60mm and while it sat parallel to the ground & had a nice gap around the front arch the back tyre started to disappear under the rear arch. That is a car though & wouldn't get loaded anything like & van or caravelle could, so .......... I think the rear even in different variations should & probably does sit higher than the front as standard
