Look at all these shiny pumps nice but still no part numbers to help us build are own lol I've also used the same throttle bracket not welded, my boost pin needs reshaping as it was the standard one I got with the LDA pump, it's going to be a few weeks before I can say if this works ok or not as the van engine and box is striped every nut and bolt

Not a bad price was going to send mine, but having to fork out so much to just get my van back on the road, and getting a LDA pump
For free thought I would have a crack as I have a spare pump that's been rebuilt. What mod did you have done on the governor brookster ??? I may get some Viton seals and replace them before I fit, if I can find them on eBay or cheep my engine and box are costing a packet and I've still loads to buy

Anyone willing to offer some part numbers or at least vehicles they used to get hold of these LDA pieces. I agree the diesel Bob price is good for a modded and serviced pump

Brookster which land rover pump is it I have got a mate who's a diesel mech and heavily into land rovers building me a pump at the moment and he is having a few problems with some of the internals in the top of the pump to LDA not mating up correctly from what I can gather. In the original pump one part mounts on the right or left (can't remember) and in the LDA from the land rover pump its round the other way any help would be great as I dying to get this on mine. Thanks mole.

Its 300 pump , M-TDI

I've got two of them but one has 11mm boost pin and the other 12mm boost pin so the LDA's are different on each of them.

think the problem lie in the fact there is a number of differnet pumps fitted, ive modded a standard pump fitting an LDA off an iveco pump, put that standard pump is different from my original and so the LDA will not fit that... Diesel Bobs prices have now increased too..its around 500 now to get the pump modded..

Brookstster would that pump be usuable to convert my original Vw pump, happy at that price if so. Diesel mechanic myself so the conversion doesn't phase me just nice to know people's previous info.

Also on this subject I have noticed at a cruise speed above 50mph I am running my full 0.6 bar, surely it should be less when just cruising???? Or is that because its a low pressure I'm running

Right guys I've had this pump running for 1000+ miles but still not fully set up the fuel on boost, so when I have it working I will release the info needed as it's not a 5 min job to do or set up, as I found out the hard way lol so fingers crossed I'll get more than 106.7 BHP next time on the rollers
