T4 Post Icon supplementary battery

Hi all, anyone used a trojan deep cycle battery as secondary battery, they appear to be proper "deep cycle". Will only be used to power my peltier type cooler overnight when no 240v available. I know they are about double price of so called leisure batteries, but more suited to the job?? cheers.

As long as it's a 12v one then they an awesome choice as the drain far lower and still give a strong 12v so basically last a long time. Bloom in heavy though.

"105 AH Trojan Ultra Deep Cycle Leisure Battery (12V)" 134.99, sounds pretty reasonable to me, am I missing something?
