Its had a hard life as a rail maintenance van in Essex but just done 600 miles in lakes for 10 days up and down winding lanes and passes and it never missed a beat, no oil used either. Love it.

Work van has 540 000km (or 335 000 miles) it's a 2.5 TDI AJT engine.
Major repairs were injector pump, snapped belt, 2nd and 3rd gear synchros (they cost a fortune!).

302,000 here ...

No major work during my ownership other than routine cambelt/waterpump change. Oh and a new radiator.

Touch wood, I seem to have more issues with chassis/brakes/suspension than engine/drivetrain.

About 260k now. No major work apart from swapping out the 2.5petrol for a 1.8t. Do plan to replace all the front balljoints and both wheel bearings soon thou.

Around 204,000 for mine, only had an auxiliary water pump swapped in my 2 1/2 years ownership.

Had water pump and cambelt done after a year of owning it.

It's just done over 2000 miles in two weeks around Scotland with no problems at all.
