T4 Post Icon squeaky noise

front passenger side making a squeaky noise sounds like suspension but not to sure. any help would be vert grateful

my side door used to do that. i found it was the 2 springy things needed a spray with silicone. they are top and bottom of the sidedoor and are black cone shaped things. 2 prongs go into them from the side door to locate it and they move slightly due to van/door flex.

I've just fixed a squeak that I've had for a long time, I thought it was inside the van then one day I closed the passenger door and heard it outside.
Turned out to be the finger thingy that holds the rear of the under tray in place, a dab of grease did the trick.
