its tyres rims etc that im looking at that will aid the lowering in combination with the lowered suspension

ie a low profile tyre will get it lower yes ? but with a big rim it will lose some yes no ?

or will it look silly low profiles and smaller say 15/16 rim etc etc

of sell the doka and get a van. you will not get the load bed much lower

wheels any tyres will make little difference and suspension lowering will make the most difference but even then not much as your load bed is about half a meter higher than a van.

Whatever combo you go for, the overall radius of wheel and tyre will need to be similar to the original radius otherwise the gearing (and speedo reading ) will be affected. Therefore you either want big rims and low profile tyres or small rims and higher profile tyres to prevent the engine from screaming its nuts off at 40mph!
