It'd be great to reduce the noise a bit, it's the only thing I don't like about the van.

Cheers mate, does your van have the engine under tray fitted? I bought one for mines from a scrapper and it made quite a difference.

Allo mate. Im surprised crank pulley hasn't had a mention.. at 146k if it hadnt been renewed ever id be inclined to look here. I hear the crank pulley is 2 pieces of metal set in rubbery stuff and can clonk when on the way out. And if they go it can be game over. About 70 bills for a newen well on my 2.4 anyway.
