T4 Post Icon clutch fade

Can anyone help.
Got a situation where my clutch fades away to the floor at no given time
Can bleed it from the high bleed point on the bulk head
and it seems a little spongy but works then after a short while it fades away
have change master cylinder clutch and brake slave cylinder clutch new bleed union on bulk head also resorvior on brake master cylinder
cannot see any point of leaking

Do you get any air out of it when you bleed it?
