Default F/S Honda Hornet 250

Really saddens me to do so, but I'm selling my 250 Hornet. Its a 97 reg and has approx 26k on the clock, nothing for this great engine (CBR 250r engine). The 250 version was the first Hornet and is very rare and was never made in this country. She rides so well and has been so reliable for the 2 years I have owned her and extremely cheap to run. I pay tenner a month insurance and 33 a year tax. It can be ridden on a restricted license at 33bhp which mine was, but now has the restrictors (tiny washers in the exhaust).

It has a redline performance exhaust which came with it when I bought it and it makes a cracking sound. One of the best features of this bike is its handling characteristics and the fat 180 wide rear fireblade tyre. It really does handle like a dream. The rear tyre is a Bridgestone Battlax and was new last year with little miles done on it as I only get her out in good weather as the vans my daily drive.

I have just had it mot'd and it flew through as usual. Tax'ed til end of April and serviced last October. ALWAYS stored in the garage overnight.

If you want any more pics let me know, I am looking for 1700 ono.

Selling to a good home to fund my new home.

cheers mate, great bikes and for a 250 it shifts really well. I've had many comments on it, most people cant believe its 250 and only the very trained eye can spot the differences between the 600..
