Just got myself a mwb high roof lt 35 :). I will be converting it into a race van which will have a garage area at the back and a living area at the front
I will post some pics up of the work I do when I get started

Firstly does anyone know where I can get some door lock protectors? I've seen them on eBay for ÂŁ100 for the 4 doors but is this expensive?

Thanks

I fitted a captains seat to the passenger side the drivers seat was fixed.
I made a sub frame up from part of the old LT drivers seat frame and a couple of pieces of box section, i got the seats from an autojumble up in Yorkshire Ruforth park. Paid 30 pounds for the pair they came from an American motorhome /camper of some kind. . I would like the drivers seat to turn around but in fact the steering wheel kind of gets in the way so its perhaps not as much a hindrance as you first think, sliding the seat base under the steering wheel this is possible because i have both the LT movement and the American seat movement too if you understand, this leaves a lot of room that side for a big table so i am happy to leave it like this for the time being. Pluss i get to sleep four beds side by side down the van as i have over 12foot, gave me a lot more scope where as the steering wheel and seat back would have robbed another foot of the drivers side, sleeping four in the MWB comfortably is a juggle, but i think i finaly have it worked out now. .

I lost a lot of space behind and under those seats so out they came and another box went in

Recoverd the other box to match the new one also made a fold away table

And that's where I'm at now.
All I want to do now is get these 3 seats changed for 2 singles on swivel bases, what's the easiest pair of seats to put in ?
