Cheers So-Kal, I just have so many ideas of wot i wanna do in the back.. as i see more and more vans i get other ideas and think wheather i should just start again!! I dont wanna do it "on the cheap" but i wanna do it properly and if that means i have to save up for parts and accessories then so be it!
The only things i havent done myself is the interior carpeting of the sides and the lowering. I wanna try and put my capentery skills and that into practice.. just going to take my time and try and do it properly!
Cheers all

When I say 'on the cheap' that doesn't always mean of lower quality.........

Some people have money to burn when it comes to interior stuff - the thing is, with a bit of DIY and some patience, you can save yourself a fortune!

OK - I have an advantage being an ex interior trimmer - but I have no doubt that you'd pay someone HUNDREDS of pounds to do the interior to the same standard as mine - but it's well within the capabilities of even the most average DIY man - given a few tricks and tips and a little bit of effort........

Like I say - any help I can offer, I'm an email away........

One of these days, I would be more than happy to hold a little workshop and explain things a little better - after all, it's far easier to do than to write about.........

Yeah true.. thanks for the offer. Luckily the guy which is doing my capet is a carpet fitter (not a car trimmer) but he's done his and looks fine to me.. i did a private job for him a few months back (van livery) and he is repaying the favour by supplying and fitting the carpet for free. Its who you know - especially in a small island like ours!
