Projekt Power Nozzles.

Project Power is proud to offer -

Injector Nozzles 185 (for the 102 bhp)

Bosch PP1 Injectors X5 (Project Power 1 Injectors) Application ACV / AJT Engines - These are a set of fully reconditioned, balanced and flow tested Bosch VE Injectors wich are professionaly fitted with our .216 Injector nozzles for the 2.5TDI AJT / ACV which offer around 150 bhp with a custom remap.

PP1 Injectors are the defacto 150bhp upgrade path for the T4 and have been in use by our customers for over 9 years.

Bosch PP0.5 Injectors X 5 (Project Power 0.5 Injectors) Application AJT / ACV Engines These injectors are the highly acclaimed replacements for PP2 and offer superior performance to the old PP2 Injectors. These injectors flow a simillar amount of fuel as PP2 and offer the same performance with no need for a remap.

In addition PP0.5 replace the inferior stanadyne injectors with far superior and more reliable Bosch injectors and are highly suited as an upgrade or replacement for the 88 bhp AJT Engine.

Bosch PP1 XtraFlo Injectors - Application - ACV ONLY - The Xtraflo injectors are the highest flowing injector that we would use on a T4 that has not had a turbo upgrade. They flow 15% more fuel than the PP1's and as such are only for those wishing to take the fuelling to the upper limit. PP1 XtraFlo can result in 165 of more bhp on the sotck turbo and they require specialist remapping and ideally our a performance 2.5 Inch exhaust system such as ours.

POA - Please contact me for latest prices via forum message / email: [email protected] / Phone 07415125940

Fratelli Bosio / Firad and other branded injector nozzles also available on request.

Remap - Chipwizards / RK Engineering / Pendle Performance / MPG Remaps / P-torque

Project Power is the original 2.5 TDI 150bhp tuning process.
It has been tried and tested by over hundreds of members and has
not received one complaint to date.

All products offered are fully tested to before dispatch
in order to provide you with a robust and reliable solution for your pleasure.

I believe that our nozzles are the best your money will buy in the 0 - 200 price range.

This is a no worries upgrade that will not affect your engine detrimentally, deliver
the same if not better fuel economy and will allow you to hit hills at 80 in 5th gear.

It has been tried and tested by many members now and has established the benchmark VW T4 Injector Upgrade for 150 bhp and more moderate tuning.

PP2 - Project Power 2 Injectors have now been replaced with a much much better option we have called PP0.5 and offer improved reliability, performance and economy. PP0.5 Are Bosch injectors and as such are far better than the original stanadynes. They can be used without a remap for around 125 bhp and one can choose to remap at any later date for up to 150 bhp. This amount of flexibility is very very appealing as upgrade can be done in stages at your leisure.

They are suitable for either the 88 or 102 engine for those who do not require the 150 bhp performance but do wish to get some more performance from their engines, or those who cannot remap easily due to having the older type ECU fitted.

PP0.5 are also a much cheaper viable way of replacing worn or failing injectors from the 88 bhp AJT engine and are a fraction of the cost of replacements from VW / TPS.

Regards and thank for reading.

Ron.

Hi Gordon,

Go for it.

The nozzles are .216 calibre yes.

You dont need new injectors if fitting them to a 102 - just change out the nozzles.

This is PP1 PP2 is for the 88bhp.

Regards.

Ron.

Hi Jimmy,

We should be able to sort that out.

Price would be around the 235 mark which would include fully reconditioned injectors, balanced and adjest opening pressures for the PP nozzles. Supplied ready to fit.

Regards.

Ron.

Can anyone tell me how to find out which engine spec I have, I have a 1995 Syncro which was purchased as a 2.4D but was later uprated to a 2.5 TDI (apparently). It does have an intercooler but I'm confused as to which Projekt Power option I should choose.

depends on which 2.5tdi it is as to what options you have, if it's a factory fit i/c which would make it a 102 you only really have pp1 route
