painting

Just managed to get my hands on a cheap VW California bike rack. Now want to have it powder coated black. I've read on here that it's a pain and needs to be taken apart entirely. Anyone know if there's anywhere in Bristol that could do this? Was thinking of asking MAD Workshop. Any other ideas?
