Does anyone know if its possible to repair dented side bars?

Anyone any idea what vehicle these could be for/what they're worth - certainly not T4/T5 - 188cm long with 55cm to centres on the brackets (x3)... all brackets and screws present. Ignore the piece of wood in the pic. Need to find them a home. Cheers

Somewhere on the internet I came across these beauties and now I can't find where. Where can I get some like these? I'd love them in red. Are there some on the market a similar shape that I could mod or does anybody out there do this kind of thing? Cheers
