    Does anyone know what the torque specifications for the retaining bolts from the fuel rail to the engine block are? The Haynes manual has the 2.0 specs at 22nm however that seems excessive and I am looking for the 2.5 AXD specs. Any help is appreciated Many thanks

    Hi Just fitted a new AC compressor to my 2004 T5 2.5 TDI 174 Beware just snapped one of the three compressor bolts using my torque wrench ! Haynes manual states 45 NM They are only 8.8 grade 8mm bolts and having bought Erwin VW online I establish the torque setting should be only 25 NM T:
