  2. Painting my plastic bumper? How?

    Hey guys I have a normal panel van T5 1.9. It currently has black plastic bumpers on it. Can anyone give me advice or step by step on how to best paint the bumpers WHITE (to match my van) without it flaking off. Any advice would be amazing! Cheers Rich
