Cheers mate.
I'm pretty sure mines the loom, it's like its dropped a cylinder on acceleration and a lumpy tickover.
I've taken to switching off at traffic lights as its sometimes clears the fault for a bit afterwards.
I'll let you know how I get on.
Good luck with yours..

Well, fitted a new injector loom tonight.
Popped into TPS on the way home from work ÂŁ63 not too bad really.
Only took 1/2 hour or so and some good news.. There appears to be no wear on the camshaft.. T:

Big test will be the run to work tomorrow..:*

Wish me luck..

Wooohooo!
Looks like I've got it....:DT:
No troubles at all today both to work and back.
Injector loom was bad by the looks of it.;)

Its been great Yorkshire show this week, which means if you live in harrogate a car is not best way to travel, so vans been parked up and been to work on bike. Ive nipped here and there on a evening and its been ok but want a good run out still. Unplugging the sensor seems to have done the trick for now? Is yours cured after loom?

Yep it appears so.
There's always the weekend to give yours a good run.
Have you priced up a new sensor yet? It might be cheap enough to just put one in anyway..
Good luck with yours keep us posted..

So the evil has returned to my engine. I bought a new sensor months back and put it on. Blah judder judder judder! So just unplugged new sensor and carried on but from a slight judder to struggling to use now. I plugged it back in at the weekend and drove up the road about 100meters and it felt the van would shake its self to pieces. Unplugged again and drove home crying. Managed a read and no3 injector has implausible signal and miss fire dectected. No4 has regulation range exceeded. Read solenoid response time devation
no1 14 and changed under throttle
no2 22 and changed under throttle
no3 0 and didnt change
no4 127 and didnt change

So still looking at 2 bad injectors. Could I buy a second hand set maybe higher power ones and see what gives, coding? Remap? Its never going to be a racing car so maybe just 2 standard injectors and keep it simple! Advice on brands and recons please.

Van was on deaths door last week so finally sucom to fitting 150 injectors. Christmas is now cancelled but van off like stink now! Its getting spoilt lately but it needs to be reliable so had to do it one way or other. 6 months of chugging round. Was a bit worried about setting injectors up but wasnt too bad when got it infront of me. Seals and bolts make job more expensive too.
