Is it plausible? i understand that some places give quotes for cheap (sub 1k) for 17 year old's, but do any insurers charge little monies and let you mod the van? cheers.

Unquotable until 25 due to commercial veichle on nearly all company's! Went on my dads insurance for 980 first year when I was 18! Now 21 still unquotable, apart from 3000 from one company! Still on daddy's at 360 a year now!
