174 bhp turbo intake pipe

Hi have a 130 bhp t5 and need a new turbo so would like to change it for the turbo off the 174bhp could anyone give any advice on how straight forward this is and part numbers if possible of what's needed. In Particular the the intake pipe which I've been lead to believe is different

These AXD engines use the poor GT1749. This turbo is good for 80k or there abouts and then starts to cause a "Positive or Negative Boost Deviation" (underboost or overboost) You will also get limp mode due to this.

The AXE GT2052 is a much better turbo and also able to increase performance and torque making the vehicle much smoother to drive with less gear changes and pulling up hills much easier.

Intercooler wise I'd personally go for the Forge Motorsports one as IAT are just as cool if not cooler, also yes they are cheaper and in my option fit better..

One downside is lead time is usually 2-3weeks..

Who's using who,s turbo Photo ?

All dealers are aware of this... How can we dyno something that's constantly hitting limp mode due to shocking tuning?? Ur vehicle needed datalogging on the road while highlighted the turbo control and the software calibration was also needed to get correct turbo control before it would even do a dyno run without hitting limp mode!!!

I think its time I copy and pasted all the nice emails you sent and also all text messages?? how far have you got Martin with getting a refund from the company that did the shocking flash and go tuning that made ur vehicle un-drivable??

Now please go away and keyboard warrior elsewhere because I have no time for your silly games and yes I've learnt a lesson from you and that's not to help people in the future like urself... Shame really as I went out of my way, and also sorted ur van but yet you still seem hell bent on causing hassle when really in fact you should be shouting my name from the roof tops for making ur van what it is NOW... and we both know what we are talking about...
