Just bought a new set of rims, 18x8j with an ET of 35...currently have 245/45/18 tyres on and rub on all for arches.
Thinking about a set of 225/40/18's will this size of tyre solve the problem? Or is there a better option? Van is dropped 45mm
Thanks in advance :)

225 40 18 would defo work, but load rating want be anywhere near what it is now on that size

but does seem odd with that size wheel, tyre and et that you would rub with a 45mm drop..is that a genine 45mm drop on eibach, vogtland or h&R

as if other stated 45mm drop springs, then is prob sat a little lower..

you could try lifting front a little and adding some extra rubbers on the top of your springs..
