Hi, i have seen plenty of links about changing the gear linkage which is a little nylon ball!!!!! my problem is where is it located ? is it inside the van under the gaitor or do i have to get under the van to change it??? thanks in advance plus is there any pics on changing it.

Iys under the bonnet ontop of the gearbox just back from the starter motor and beneath the steel coolant pipe.Right pain to replace the socket and to get the ball back into it.

Thanks aggie, someone said it was an easy fix, it just recently it wont go straight in to 1st gear and tight in 2nd, it right pain in the !!!! especially at traffic lights
