Up for grabs I have a 2002 2.5 TDI with full VW service history with bills of £5500.

This tidy and newly converted van boasts the most impressive Multivan matching front and rear conversion in ‘orbit’, but also the famous Styleline plastics kit this one is an early version & is still a wonderful product. All this stands on a lovely set of 19” RS8’s in black and contrasting dub t4 decals.

A superb little camper day van, very versatile!!

This Multivan/day van conversion has been done after previously owning a full on small camper that I found I did not use. The bed in a full camper conversion is greatly reduced in size due to the run of units along one side. After getting rid of that camper I purchased my T4, over the years I have had 3 interiors and finally settled with the same multivan conversion (although a tad more pimp). The multivan conversion is superb, spacious and efficient. The bed itself is actually large than a standard double bed you have in your home. So for me personally I find this to be great as I often find myself sleeping in the van with a mate when we go on a surfing trip (kite). With this large bed you're not getting too cosy with your buds. Oh and you've got a good amount of storage underneath. And if you so wish you can just unclip the multivan bed and slide it out if the missus wants to do that all important trip to ikea.

This leads me on to the appeal of the multivan bed. I personally would not want to put friends/loved ones on a seatbed/conversion that had not been crash tested and put through the tightest of safety criteria. It is a fact that in the event of a crash some seat bed systems suffer catastrophic failure, especially ones made from plywood. The multivan bed system is the safest possible seat/bed to have in your vehicle in the event of a worse case scenario of an accident. The multivan bed is genuine equipment from VW and is fitted to the vehicle with genuine VW fixings.

The conversion:

VW Bonded Windows
Limo tinted sides and rear, so nobody can see you getting changed into your wetsuit
Lowered 50mm all round
19” Audi RS8 alloys in black
Euro style rear lights
White front indicators
Newly serviced
9months MOT, 3months tax
Colour coded bumpers

Dub T4 decals and VW centre caps
2 captains seats in Multivan ‘orbit’
Passenger seat swivel
Drivers seat coat hanger
Styleline interior plastics
Altro industrial grade flooring
Rear headlining covered to match the cab headlining
Most importantly multivan bed in ‘orbit’

The base van:

This van until August this year had one owner from new who had a mobility shop using this to deliver disability karts. So it has had an easy life with only 102k on the clock and a no expense spared full VW service history (over £8000 of bills) and driving it is a testament to this. I have driven quite a few T4’s and this is a quick one, now aided by a free breathing decat pipe. Cambelts, waterpump belts, rollers and waterpump all changed at 71,000 so you have the peace of mind that you don't need to do it again for another 40,000.

And if you wanted more you could perform a ‘Project Power’ engine tuning to produce a reliable 155bhp from the standard 88bhp by using genuine VW parts and a remap. This is fully outlined on the forum.

Price was £8500 now down to £7500 OVNO Now £7300 O.N.O.

Below is the vehicle history:

Also for your comfort of mind I have the VOSA information which is a free service which allows you to see the MOT history of the vehicle, what it failed on & advisorys, most importantly the mileage at each MOT.

You should run this free online service on every T4 you concider http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/internet/servlet/ECHIDDispatcher

This T4's history is all true and ties up with the VW Service history and receipts:

Now £7300 o.n.o

This is a cacking van with genuine mileage and full service! And because of the current economy I've had to drop the price from £8500 down to £7300 ONO :(

So someone is going to get a bargain. T:
