2011 T5.1 Kombi Day van in Pure Grey for sale

NOW SOLD- Thanks for viewing

Hi all

I have some inheritance money coming through so I have put a deposit down for a T6 kombi (in Pure Grey T:) so reluctantly my Day van is up for sale

2011. in Pure Grey.
Covered 110,000 miles to date (but will increase as it’s my daily commute). I’ve had the van 5 years ago with about 20k on the clock and at one point was doing 120 mile daily commute (mostly A1/M1) . It has a full service history and has had the cam/ water pump replaced.

This was converted by Leighton vans so the standard of the conversion is excellent- took me 6 months to find a Pure Grey van so wanted it just right. They carried out the following
Converted to Kombi with 6 seats (front double passenger and a 2+1 in the rear)- all in black leatherette
privacy glass in sliding door and drivers side- barn doors already had factory glass/heated/wiper
All the inside of the van has been insulated and carpeted.
Lowered 40mm on 20 inch gloss black alloys (completed refurbished last month but just slightly jerked the passenger front.
Pendle power remap to 160 bhp- drives really well and pulls in all the gears.
Has front fogs and DRL’s. Have added LED bulbs to the factory DRL’s and side lights- makes them nice and bright.
Electric windows/ electric heated folding mirrors
Front LV splitter with rear spoiler

Since owning the vehicle, I have added the following.
Cat 1 alarm fitted
Upgraded the stereo to a Kenwood DNX525 DAB system with sat nav, Bluetooth, USB connection and hands free
Leisure battery under drivers seat with 5 12volt sockets in rear (has potential to add another 5 if you want)
Hidden awning rail which attaches to the bolts in the roof.
Badgeless front grille (I still have the original grille if this suits the buyer more)
The van also has a rear bed platform (carpeted to match the interior) that can be taken out by one person in a few minutes. I have a choice of 2- again the buyer can choose.

Might have missed some things off so any questions please ask. Hopefully the pics will upload

The van is based in Sheffield but I work in York during the week (and stay over most nights) so it can be viewed at either location.

This is an excellent kombi/ day van in a very rare colour. I owned my previous T4 for 10 years and would have done the same with my T5.1

I am asking for £12,850 ovno- I advertised and sold my T4 through this forum so would be great to do the same with my T5.1

Hi jc1

Thanks for your comments. It’s a great van but had the chance to get a newer euro 6 van...in Pure Grey

Was very sad when I parted with my T4 but soon got over this with this van- did I really spend 10 years changing gear like that :) (T4 owners will know what I mean!)

Hi all

One of the mods I have done to this van is to fit an internal surf rack- have to take all the roof panels down but is a cheap mod. I don’t like things on the roof and it still means you can fit under barriers- can fits boards up to 9ft

I saw this mod on this forum and consists of 4 rivnuts- pic attached

Regards

Rob

This second pic also shows the other bed platform that can be fitted to the van- its 120cm wide and a hinged panel sits on the folded rear seats
