got bored this morning and so decided to take the EGR valve off for a look inside.

considering its only done about 70'000 ( 52 plate 2.5 TDI) the EGR was clogged up to about half it's diameter inside

all cleaned out now using some kerosene and the blanking off plate installed. cannot wait to take it out for a run later to see what difference it has made!

done mine awhile back now
but while i had the engine out
the other day i took
the inlet manifold off,
it took me about 2 days to clean all
the **** out
the pipes to the engine
were about a 1/3 of the
size they should have been
so hopefully it will stay
clean now
