Haven't done turbo swap, but one tip I can offer is that, when reattaching the inlet manifold (certainly on a 2.4 or 2.5) it's a hell of a lot easier to use an allen key slightly too small for the hex head bolts - I found using a 5.5mm rather than a 6mm gave me just enough tolerance to tighten the invisible, oddly angled, stubborn, inaccessible, bloody bolts a lot quicker than trying to get the 6mm allen key into the heads. This may be an old trick, but I worked it out from first principles, all on my own!
