will need camber and tracking done as both will be out

best going to a garage and getting them to do it.

ive heard that camber is easy to adjust

just a nut to undo on top of front hub

will need your tracking done anyway though

Anyone can adjust camber, people with the right equipment can set it though.
You need wheel alignment equipment to set it, guessing or moving it to a certain position "because your mate said so" is just wrong and will end in tears.
Once camber has been altered, tracking then needs to be set, again, not with tape measures, bits of sting and elastic bands but with tracking equipment.

i'm lowering my lwb van this weekend, got set of 2 jamex 55mm springs, and gonna adjust the front in the usual way, not got shox tho, how much of a necessity is it to change them, and do front and back need doing, also do i need to get camber/tracking done straight away, as i might have to do 2 trips, around 300 mile total (to work on monday, home on friday) and then get it all adjusted done the week after.
pretty empty at the mo in the back although it will have full camping inner soon.
cheers
